By using thisismoxi.com, submitting a form, or receiving messages from us, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Moxi Marketing provides websites, search engine optimization, AI search optimization, Google Ads and Local Services Ads management, and related marketing and AI services for businesses.

The specific scope, pricing, and timeline for client work are set out in a separate proposal, invoice, or agreement. If that document conflicts with these terms, the client document controls.

Results are not guaranteed. Search rankings, ad performance, and lead volume depend on search engines, ad platforms, competitors, and other factors outside our control. We work hard to grow your business, but we do not promise any specific ranking, traffic, or revenue outcome.

Clients agree to pay the fees in their proposal or invoice. If you save a card through our card authorization page, you authorize us to charge it for the amounts and on the schedule in your agreement, including recurring monthly fees, until you cancel as your agreement provides.

Cards are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Advertising spend paid directly to Google or other platforms is between you and that platform.

Moxi Marketing may send text messages to people who have agreed to receive them. Messages relate to our services: replies to your inquiries, scheduling and appointment reminders, project updates, and account or billing notices.

• Consent. We only text you after you opt in, for example by checking the SMS consent box on a form, texting us first, or telling us in writing that we may text you. Consent is obtained at the time you opt in. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
• Message frequency varies depending on your inquiry or project.
• Message and data rates may apply, based on your mobile plan.
• Opt out any time: reply STOP to any message. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no more texts unless you opt in again.
• Need help? Reply HELP to any message, or email hello@thisismoxi.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with or sold to any third party. The only parties that handle your number are the service providers that deliver our messages for us (such as Twilio), and only for that purpose.

Please use the site lawfully. You agree not to:

• Submit false information or information about someone else without their permission
• Send spam, malware, or automated submissions through our forms
• Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
• Copy or scrape the site's content for commercial use without permission

The content of this website, including text, design, graphics, and our logo, belongs to JFCO Creative LLC (Moxi Marketing) or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Ownership of work we create for clients, such as websites, copy, and creative, is set out in each client's agreement. Content and materials you give us remain yours, and you confirm that you have the right to let us use them for your project.

Our site links to and embeds services run by other companies, such as Google Maps, social networks, and client websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

The website and its content are provided "as is" for general information. We try to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, or tax advice.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Moxi Marketing and JFCO Creative LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to the website is limited to $100. Liability for client services is governed by the client's agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless a client agreement says otherwise.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
